Shipping and Handling:
Items are usually shipped the same or next business day (Monday - Friday) via USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail or FedEx after receipt of cleared payment.. Items shown are ready to ship (unless otherwise noted), but if there is an unexpected out of stock or shortage issue, we will attempt to contact you prior to shipping your order. Sometimes we get more orders than what is ready made.
In the rare event of package loss or damage, thank you for helping us file the needed documentation with the carrier.
Return & exchange policy:
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us for return or exchange authorization within 5 days after receipt. Please return it in original condition within 2 days. Outgoing shipping is not refundable. We will issue refund to your original payment account after we receive the items. If the order qualified for free shipping, our shipping cost will be deducted from refund amount. 20% restocking fee or cancellation fee will be charged if not our error or defects.
